• Our main goal is to provide and manage IT resources aimed towards research. For that the Center for Scientific Computing has:
  
• Hundreds of multiprocessor servers, with more than 20000 cores.
  
• Several machines with GPGPUS.
  
• Parallel storage systems.
  
• High-speed, low-latency internal network.
  
• External network with ample bandwith.
  

All of it within the facilities equipped with electrical stability systems, temperature control, early fire detection systems, etc.


• We offer counseling on the purchase of IT equipment for UAM and campus associated center's staff. More information in Rules on counseling.



• The CCC has a simulation lab where third-cycle students, PDI or PAS courses can take place, through its reservation by the professor in charge. See details.
