- Name
- Surname
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Affiliation with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (PDI, PAS, etc.)
In the message's subject please indicate the name of the course you want to be inscribed in.
The available spots will be assigned as the emails arrive.
